Mireille St. Laurent, MSW, LCSW -Founder/Owner

Mireille St-Laurent is a Psychotherapist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees  in Social Work Clinical Practice with Families and Children at Monmouth University in New Jersey. Mireille graduated with a 4.0 GPA and received several Academic Excellence awards. Among her studies and groundwork, she accomplished an Independent Study on Autism Spectrum Disorders with a focus on Mild Autism (formerly named Asperger’s Syndrome and Pervasive Developmental Disorder) and completed research  pertaining to ADHD, Depression and Anxiety among children and adults.

Mireille is a business owner and a Life Coach, she has a decade of experience in clinical practice settings, Life Coaching and Lifestyle Design Coaching. She speaks English and French. Mireille has worked with people presenting with a wide range of emotional, developmental and behavioral difficulties. Her areas of clinical interests include, but are not limited to: Life Coaching, Lifestyle Design Coaching, Conflict Resolutions, Relationship Issues, Adjustments, Depression, Anxiety, ASD, ADHD, and Self-Esteem/Self-Confidence Challenges. Family life, parenting and parent-child relationships are also a central focus in Mireille’s work as she is interested in understanding the challenges that families face in the wider context of our current society and it’s pressures, messages and expectations.
